So It's day 2 in my blogging journey and I find my head so filled with ideas, I don't know where to start!
So I guess I am just going to jump off the edge and dive right in!
It is a beautiful fall day in The Mitten. The sunshine is plentiful and the air is crisp. I decided to take a quick stroll around the yard just to see what damages yesterdays wind did. In my survey of the yard I found this
With the blues and greens in contrast with the browns, I found it oddly beautiful. I love nature's palate. The trees have finally dropped the last of their leaves, making it safe to rake the yard. A good job for my teens tomorrow on their day off from school. They may not agree!
I have lots to do today, although I could stay here and chat with you all day. Along with the normal day to day things, I need to clean and winterize the windows. There aren't that many, but it is still a task I find tedious. I hope as time progresses, to share stories, recipes, projects and inspiration with all of you. So stay tuned.
